Reunion is an opportunity for youth from our summer camp programs to connect in the Winter for a weekend of friendship, fun and reflection.

2023 Fees & Eligibility

2023 Reunion Rate: $300.00 (includes a $10.00 non-refundable fee for cancellations). See full cancellation policy here

The YES makes every effort to make camp accessible to everyone and we understand that camp fees may be a challenge for many families. Please note that sponsorships and subsidies are only available for summer programs.

Participants must have completed a full YES Camp Program within the last two years and be 18 or under to attend Reunion.

2023 Locations & Transportation

Both our Roots Reunion and Pathways Reunion will take place at the Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre in Maple Ridge.

The YES will be offering bus transportation from Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal and Vancouver. We may be able to offer transportation from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, depending on numbers. You can view transportation details here for Roots Reunion and Pathways Reunion. Youth will need to meet up with at these bus locations, connect with other participants to carpool or find their own way to Loon Lake in Maple Ridge. Participants coming from Vancouver Island and the Interior will need to be responsible for their own ferry costs and trips.

We highly encourage trips to be planned ahead of time. If you are able to offer carpooling to or from camp, or would like to access carpooling, please indicate this on your registration; we will do our best to link you up with other families in your area.
