Subsidy Request Form

Sponsorship is available to those who require financial support. In our effort to making fees more affordable, our office offers partial subsidies for our Summer Camp program and Leadership Academy programs.

Subsidy Requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to program start dates. If you’re applying for subsidy, we consider amounts up to $700.00. Full sponsorships are only given in special circumstances.

If you are interested in obtaining subsidy for a YES program, please answer the questions below. Subsidy Requests will receive responses within six weeks of Form submission.
