The YES Camp Subsidy Program

We believe every young person should have the chance to experience camp, regardless of their family’s financial situation. Thanks to the generosity of donors and community partners, we are able to offer a limited number of subsidies to help reduce camp fees for families with financial need.

How much support is available?

Subsidy amounts are not guaranteed and depend on available funding and the information provided in your application.

First-time participants: eligible to receive up to $750.00 towards their program fee.
Returning participants: eligible to receive up to $500.00 towards their program fee.

When to apply:

To be considered, applications must be submitted at least two weeks before the program start date.

Applications may take 2-3 weeks to be reviewed, so submitting early is recommended.
If your program is starting soon, apply as early as possible.

We recommend registering for camp first.

We encourage all families applying for a subsidy to register for camp as soon as possible and set up a payment plan that works for them. This process:

secures your participant’s spot at camp,
helps you make manageable payments while your application is reviewed,
and allows us to adjust your payment plan if a subsidy is approved.

If a subsidy is approved, your payment plan can be updated to reflect the reduced amount owing.

Subsidies are granted based on the information shared in this form. All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely to determine eligibility for subsidies.

Please note that while we would love to support every family that applies, our funding is limited and we may not be able to provide subsidies to all applicants. We do our best to distribute support as fairly as possible so that more youth can access the camp experience.
