Every donation to The YES directly supports teens in accessing camp and helps sustain the impactful work we do. We are committed to working closely with your organization to tailor a sponsorship that aligns with your goals and maximizes your impact.

Sponsor a Camper

Sponsors of The YES Camp remove financial barriers, giving youth in their community the chance to attend a week-long innovative and experiential camp that focuses on co-operative leadership for life. By providing sponsorships, our supporters open the doors of camp to young people across the province, giving them the chance to build confidence, form lasting friendships, and experience the power of community.

In Kind Donation

In-kind donations play a crucial role in making camp an enriching and accessible experience for all. These donations help reduce costs and enhance the overall camp experience, from essential supplies to specialized services.

Supporters can also volunteer their time and expertise on our Board of Directors or as a Volunteer.

We accept outdoor & recreational equipment, art supplies, food & kitchen supplies, professional services, and technology & office supplies. Get in touch at info@theyes.ca!

Donate to the YES

The YES is a charitable, non-profit organization that serves youth in over 90 communities in BC through our various programs. Donations ensure that youth from all backgrounds can participate in our unique curriculum, developing critical life skills, building self-confidence, and forming lasting connections.

Donations are used for a variety of costs, from purchasing camp supplies like tie dye and sports equipment, to providing transportation to and from camp, to providing subsidies for teenagers to attend our camps. All monetary donations made to The YES are eligible for a tax receipt.

The YES extends programs to youth across all socio-economic backgrounds, urban and rural environments, and various identities. Our ability to ensure inclusivity in our programs is made possible by the extensive support from sponsorships and subsidies provided by co-ops, credit unions, schools, and service clubs throughout the province. All of our programs are subsidized by funding from BC’s credit unions making camps more affordable for families.

For many young people, financial barriers make it impossible to access transformative leadership programs like ours. Sponsorships and donations ensure that youth from all backgrounds can participate in our unique curriculum, developing critical life skills, building self-confidence, and forming lasting connections. By supporting The YES, partners are helping to empower the next generation of leaders, giving them the tools they need to succeed and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

In 2025, more than 49% of our participants received either full or partial sponsorship to attend The YES summer camp programs! We are so grateful to our our co-op and credit union supporters.
